Role and Responsibility of PHD Preah Vihear
- Define priority, planning preparation, strategic of national policies implementation, introduction of Ministry of Health for health improvement of people in Preah Vihear province.
- Assure the quality of public and private health service in the province.
- Implementation, follow up, monitoring, evaluate administrative and technical task, medical procedure of bureau, section under the management of PHD regarding to law and standard of Kingdom of Cambodia and announcement (Prakas) and regulation from Ministry of Health.
- Analyze for any possibility to develop PHD health sector and managed human resource, government properties, medical equipment, financial resource and information in order to applied to public health system in each level.
- Prepared medical prevention program and health improvement in order to reduce morbility rate and mortality rate.
- Coordinate and utilize any resource in order to suitable any demand and return high output.
- Control, Monitor food safety.
