Department of Budget and Finance

Department of Budget and Finance is responsible for expenditure and allocation budget within the Ministry of Health as well as the provincial level. Its roles and responsibilities are described as below:

m123 Propose the ministry`s budget plan and follow up the implementations.
m123 Collect the incomes respecting to the financial law.
m123 Collect and coordinate the finances.
m123 Follow-up the management of the special account.
m123 Collect and coordinate all expenses.
m123 Manage the account of the public monitoring implementation.
m123 Collect the needs, prepare expense program, manage the schedule of the ministry`s equipment and material reparation.
m123 Manage the mobile and immobile properties, equipment and inventory preparation.
m123 Manage the state’s garages and automobiles provided to the ministry as well as prepare the expense proposal and petrol distribution and spare parts.
m123 Receive and distribute equipments to the provincial-municipal organizations.
m123 Prepare regularly the list, receipts and receivable account.
m123 Information Technology, financial activities and payable account.
m123 Technical control on the implementation of public monitoring.
